1961 speedometer cable length
Hi allWhat is the speedometer cable length for a 1961 with four speed?I was sent a 71 inch cable as a replacement but it’s way too long.Thank youJohn.

58-61 Corvettes with the tach drive generator originally used a wound metal case cable that was about 60" long. The 72" long 65-68 speedometer cable for 4 speed cars is often sold as a replacement cable for 58-61's, it's sounds like that's what you got.
