The interior is quite tasteful. I dislike several elements of the car overall such as the rectangular exhaust tips, and the A pillar treatment.. The wagon wheels are also played out in my opinion and are a thing I never cared for especially on a design of this era; the proportions were considered when it was designed originally.
It has a very high level of craftsmanship however.
I like the color and portions of the interior. Interior is a mixed bag but had to be a lot of work and adding a roof rib makes for interest. I like the hood vents for show maybe not for driving. I did not see a good view of the grill so wondering if it is stock. Wheels would take getting used to as they have a rubber band look, Instrument cluster and rake of dash more for change than useful function. I like the seats and door panels changes. I kind of like the A pillar vent window change to black
The only thing that looked really odd to me was that the IP is not perpendicular to the drivers line of site, seems like that would cause glare on the gauges. Love the color combo.
Being a "day 2 type guy" I do like most of the restomods. This one doesn't do it for me. As far as the "big wheels" go most of these high end builds have big brakes so they have no choice but to run large diameter wheels. Sort of reminds me of a "mild custom" from back in the day.
While we all have our own vision and taste I like this one a lot because there's no destruction to the lines, traditional type side pipes from the road race '63 Z06s and period type wheel design just big to cover the brakes.
Sorry forgot to mention. This '63 is drop dead gorgeous! Great colors. Actually my personal favorite on a '63 or '64.
Purist or not you have to be unconscious not see the beauty in this outstanding example.
Daytona Blue over Red...all day long. That's an incredibly beautiful SWC
