Default 1963 headlight switch install

I’m in the process of installing the dash on my ‘63, however I wasn’t the one who disassembled it.

The only piece I’m stuck on is the headlight switch. I’m wondering if I’m missing a mounting hardware piece? I’m curious on how the switch body is supposed to be held in place. Thanks in advance.

If it's like my 66 and others, there is a slotted and threaded ring that screws into the switch and holds it in place. There is a tool, but thread it in with my fingers and tighten it with a screwdriver and a light tap with a hammer. Jerry

The button with the spring that you can see in your photos is pointed to the floor. The button is the release for the rod that you pull to turn the lights on and off.
