You will need more than a cutoff valve. Is your insulation on the interior firewall in place and in good condition? Are all the openings for cables and wires well sealed? If you have stock under body exhaust, is the trans tunnel insulation in place? What kind of insulation is under your carpet? Just some basic thoughts!
