Heard clanging from r rear. There is a pivot pin in the control arm that the ebrake actuator lever pivots on. This has come out. Is it serviceable? Does anyone know what holds it in? I am suspecting that I have to remove the control arm and have it welded or brazed in place. Thanks in advance

the park brake actuator lever inside rotor is
made in 2 pieces. They hinge on a little pin and only a microscopic e clip holds them. Either the clip fell off or the tiny pressed in pin failed. Another example of crap repro parts. They were rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago with all new stainless.
It turns out that 72 I’m working on now uses same setup so I had the parts. The clip is rediculously loose. And if you crimp it it could crack. Old fashioned soft metal would be better design. Also, originals have large mushroom head on pin. Repros just a straight press in.
Btw if anyone in the future is trying to figure out how that lever goes together, the notch on the front goes outside. Guess how I know.
