I feel their customer service has fallen off a cliff. I tried to return an engine mount a number of times and couldn't get a response via multiple emails or phone.

Similar experience on a new ball joint that wouldn't move - locked in place. I gave up trying to get an RMA.

I've avoided using them for years............ Only as a last resort will I order from them

I've had good luck with all the vendors including CC, but their shipping is spendy. The thing you have to watch is they charge you shipping for your entire order, based on size of course. This includes your backordered parts. Then your backordered parts never seem to be available so you drop that item.....but don't get reimbursed on the shipping surcharge based on that particular item......and it may be the one that bulked up the order, drastically increasing the shipping charge. Know this going in.

I found those bezels at Keen when everyone else was out of them. I thought back to when I worked for a Corvette parts business back in the '80s and figured some shop some where had these bezels sitting on a shelf just waiting for me to call....lol! the man on the phone at Keen didn't even get upset when I asked him to lay hands on the parts to verify they were actually in stock. I don't know if they have any more, but it would be worth a try.
