Does anybody have any idea what this small plastic disc is. I found it inside the right hand door of my 54 Corvette. It is approximately 2 inches
in diameter.

Kind of neat. I would wildly guess that it came off a PG somewhere at some point, maybe your '54 itself? Anybody know if those were attached to '54 Corvette PGs?
Just a factory tag.
Pretty sure the PG was made in Cleveland Ohio ( the shift and date and a "C" are stamped on the machined portion of the main case
Painted and shipped to Flint for the first half of the 53s and to St Louis for 54 on.
Here is one with the tag installed.
