Default 1957 windshield re-mount
I am restoring 1957 # 2063. putting a newly restored windshield back on. the original had something that looked like plumbers putty between windshield and the rubber. I am using the old rubber because the replacment ones have no curviture, and don't fit. The rubber is in excellent condition, but I need to know what anyone used as a sealer.

3M 8578 black strip caulk for under the frame to body and around all penetrations in the body for bolts. Works great and don't be shy applying it.

Right dash blinker light works intermittently. Outside right blinkers work fine.
