Default Dash cluster

the drivers cluster centre top has a light that indicates emg brake is on when the brake is pulled. There is another indicator to the left not sure of its purpose??

The brake one always worked, not sure about the left one.

Both are currently not working, other than bulbs is there anything else I should look at???

The one on the left is your headlight rollover light...activated and flashing while you're opening your headlamps. The bulb is a GE257 bulb. If your C2 is other than a '67, the parking lamp bulb is a GE257 flashing bulb, also.

To add on to Leif's reply...
Any time the headlights are turned on without both headlights fully rotated open, the dash light "LIGHTS" will illuminate. The light serves to tell you when they have fully rotated.

I recently replaced the stock headlight door motors with Detroit Speed motors, so maybe rotating light does not work due to that. I also have LED’s through out the car .

I’ll call Detroit Speed and ask about the wiring.

And to add to the above. another good source for the GE257 bulb is called Sourcefy. I just received my order of 4 bulbs, all work perfectly as they
were designed. Price was $1.36 each, plus shipping, which was $11.00. Total cost was $16.44. Arrived very quickly. Might be worth comparing
prices.

The "light" bulb won't be much use to you with Detroit speed headlights. They'll be rolled over in a half a second so you wouldn't even get a chance to see it flash. The stock bulbs let you know that they had not reached their limit with the lights on. As soon as you turn your lights on now they're gonna move to their limit and stop on their own. I wouldn't spend any time working on it.
However, if you want to hook them up, you can use the switches and wiring that's already in place and if for some reason one or the other doesn't go up, the warning will light up, but they're gonna go up.

Here is a paragraph from the Detroit Speed installation instructions, of course this means that the switches you have and the bulb must be working when you make the change, so you have to know how they work and how to fix them if they don't. As I said in my first post, I wouldn't spend a lot of time working on the flashing light.

The separate switch that is used to raise and lower the headlight doors on the original system is no longer needed. The original headlight door warning/indicator lights will remain fully functional after the DSE Electric Headlight Door Kit is installed.
