Default Trying to identify balancer

Removed from my L76. No GM number.

Thoughts?

Whats stamped/cast into the backside...i cannot make them out

Think i figured it out. Looks like I have an aftermarket balancer for a 69 and later 350. Hub casting should be 3942538. If I'm reading correctly, the timing mark is also different than a stock L76.

Use a piston stop tool in the #1 spark plug hole to ID exact TDC using your balancer. I also had a later balancer and my scratch line was off by about 10 degrees on the balancer!

Great suggestion. Motor is tore down...for good. I was just curious what I had.
