Default '63 windshield

I recently bought a couple of midyear windshields from a retired glass guy. I believe they were both manufactured in the mid '90's, with the LOF one being made in Mexico, and the PPG in the US. They are both tinted with the sunshade at the top. I guess my question would be is there a good reason to use one over the other in my '63? Here's pics of both labels:

A brief history of LOF...
  • Formation: Created in 1930 in Toledo, Ohio, from the merger of Libbey-Owens and Edward Ford Plate Glass (no relation to Henry Ford).
  • Relationship to Ford: LOF was a key vendor, supplying glass for Ford cars, but operated independently.
  • Industry Role: LOF was a leading manufacturer of flat glass for automobiles and buildings.
  • Acquisition: In 1986, LOF sold its glass business to Pilkington plc.
