Default Help with the block date code

I have a 63 convertible with a replacement block. The block is the correct casting number for a 63. Below is a picture of the date code. Can someone help me with the date. Thanks.

Probably not a Flint corvette block. Tonawanda blocks used a different date format. Does it have the 1/4 inch plug above the timing chain cover?

if it's a Tonawanda block the block casting numbers will be smaller in height also.
