Unless the scratches can be rubbed out with jeweler's rouge or a compound, I would guess it is worth very little if any value at all. Deep scratches are hard to remove and sometimes causes distortion. However, if you can rub them out, a restorer may be looking for the correct date. Just my opinion.
Given the great amount of work to remove the existing windshield and reinstall a suspect windshield for judging, I find it hard for someone who would want to go thru the effort. Plus, if there are any flaws, the judges will deduct points for condition.

I understand the value of matching numbers but coming from my Auto Glass installer roots that thing would be chucked in the dumpster as fast as we could toss it in....

given the choice of points loss for configuration differences of a repro vs a good used with minor condition issue. I will take the condition problem
