And what leads you to believe it is running rich? Black smoke out the exhaust? Have you checked the plugs? Dripping fuel into the carb while it is idling ?

The mixture screws are at the base of the carbs - can't miss them (assuming they are the original carbs.....)

Be sure to take some time to learn about how the choke works, as it can cause symptoms that adjusting the idle mixture will not fix.
And note that the floats need to be properly set to work right, as well as a lot of other things on the carbs, and that idle mixture adjustment won't fix other issues with how the carbs are working...it's just a small part of the entire system
