Normal operating temp. 327 365HP
Before I had my cluster redone it was around 180 Deg which I thought seemed about right. I put my cluster back in and among some other problems not cluster or wiring harness related I noticed the gauge only reads about half of what it did last year. I'm wondering if something might have been replaced in the guage to make it read lower before I dain some coolant and take a look at the thermostat. :confused:

I'm wondering if you got the same temp gauge back with your cluster or if you have one of those "fail open" thermostats. You can tell if the thermostat is working by feeling your upper radiator hose when the car is warming up.
My 327/365 tends to run around 150 without a thermostat on a 60 degree day.
