Default '67 value

Hi everyone again. I've decided to sell my car and am trying to get a realistic value idea. Quite frankly it is just too much car and i hardly ever drive it (what a group to say this to).Anyway i am going to stay in the forum and but aless valuable and quite frankly for me more useable small block. Any way the car is an orinal 427/435 conv. both tops,m21.pw,pb,tele,bolt ons (repro) side pipes 42k orig.4.11. Repainted (good street paint)lyndale blue with white interior top & scoop.Origional motor trans with some replacement parts - starter alternator brakes etc.The primary non orinal item is th ignition.Car now has corvette tach drive points and condenser.Have amp box but not dist. Interior is originol except for carpet and is very good to excell. Wish I had pictures but camera was recently stolen. Overall car is probably 1st flight or a 2+ /1- driver. Any realistic guess would be app. As a seller I am sure I think its worth more then it is. As always thanks to everyone george

George,
Here is a guide used by insurance people. I have selected your options as best I could.

That's a tough one to answer. Could find a buyer with more money than brains, who has a h-on for your car. You may want to do a little comparative shopping. Check Hemmings, Trader On-line, and see what the market is trying to get for similar cars. You may also want to look at places like Pro-Team and Mershon, etc, and then knock anywhere between 10 and 30$k (I know a BIG variable here) off what they are trying to sell things for. Finally, you can check auction house results, but obviously those cars tend to be museum quality, etc.

Good luck and wish I had some spare change (a large amount of it) - I'd love to add another 67 to my garage!

Bob

Hi George,

I can't provide any unbiased input as to market value, but I have a 67 350-horse factory A/C coupe I have been wanting to trade up for a 67 big block. If you are possibly interested in discussing a trade, contact me privately at nick_liarakos@yahoo.com.

I have a documented 67 327/350 vert unmolested car that I may be willing to trade up. Runs/drives mint. 60K orig miles. Car is Maroon/blk int. The only thing wrong with the car is that it was painted Marboro Maroon instead of Goodwood Green
