Doesn't T mean from the Tonawanda New York plant - the 1113 is the last 4 digits of the VIN and the R is the type of car it came out of (i know what S stands for, but not sure about R)
the numbers are not the nuber 1 but capital I ..unless chevy used the letter I for 1's
With regard to the use of I for the number 1, that was fairly common in stamping of engine pads, they are essentially interchangeable when it comes to numbering. That number (the November date) was the engine assembly date.
