Sounds like something is finding it's own ground. Try this
Turn your sitch off
while wipers are going disconnect battery
reconnect battery
If the wipers park then you need to replace the wiper switch,
if they start going you got something that you didn't reconnect properly or forgot to reconnect:thumbs:
