There is a good picture of the 67 headrest on page 402 of Noland Adams Corvette Restoration & Technical Guide and one (not so good) of the 66 on page 366. The 66 headrest was thicker than that used in the 67. You might also find pictures in the various on-line catalogs and I'm sure other Forum members will have them of their cars.
