Ebay has to police these things more on its own as the listings go up. Sometimes its so obvious that it has got to hurt the real ebay sellers because the "trust" factor will be gone. Yes it is always buyer beware as your motto, but sooner or later these fakers are going to wise up and put a reasonable reserve on a vehicle and some newbie who doesn't know better is going to really get taken.

it's gone. They're getting better, but someone is still going to get taken big, if it hasn't happened already, if Ebay doesn't find a better way to deal with sort of stuff

It's looks like its a game with the person doing these listings. I emailed ebay about 2 and they are still listed after 3 hours. And another listing was added during that time. Ebay should take this more seriously, it is a black mark on the credibility of the auctions, and people are going to get gun shy about buying on Ebay.
