MERSHONS
I've bought from them and they have been great with customer service. When I bought my 65 coupe from them they had just received it and did not know what it needed. I bought it and they said to take it home for a week and see if any work was needed. I took it back and they put on new brakes, throwout bearing, heater core, door locks, tires, rear main seal, trans rear seal, rebuilt the carb, rebuilt steering box,and converted the air to R134 and replaced several A/C parts to get it working. The A/C work they did 6months after I bought it. Just make sure you know what you are looking at because they have all kinds of cars from NCRS pieces to beaters. I have found them to represent their cars honestly if you ask all the right questions.
Take a look at this:

I guess it's a caveat emptor world, but one should not HAVE to ask the right questions to get honesty in a purchase like this. I've been Mershon's twice, and each time, while treated with courtesy, I was fed a clear line of BS by multiple people regarding the pedigree and documentation associated with a couple of midyears I look at. I kept my mouth shut for the most part, and while I didn't appear as a Rube, I didn't let on I had more than a modicum of midyear knowledge and experience.
Also, I took a walk around back the of shop, and saw some parts swapping as well as bubba-mechanical efforts going on in real-time. Go private party if you can - more likely to find a fairly price piece, with more honesty to boot.
