Side Pipe Tip Help
I'm in the process of building a set of 4 inch side pipes for my 66, they will be installed under the factory covers, with spiral turbo baffles inside, but I can’t find a 4 inch tip. Does anyone knows were to find a set. One option I'm considering is to purchase a set of chrome elbows and have them cut, but if some one makes the tips I will rather buy them already done. I will even consider 3 or 3.5 inch, which may even work better with the covers.

consider getting a 3.5" u-bend and cut it in half, trim/fit, install on pipe and polish to a chrome like finish

I think Hooker headers has a set of 4" chrome side pipes that has the tip you're looking for. I don't know if they are available separately but it might be worth a try.
I have a similar set on my '66 coupe but don't know who made them. - they were on the car when I bought it. They look very much like the Shelby Cobra outside exhaust system.
