Kinesis makes that wheel in 17x7-8.5. They would fit with the proper size and offset. Very spendy at $780 a piece though. Kinesis is located in Vista, CA. BTW, my wifes aunt/uncle and several cousins live in Mission and Alisa Viejos. I'll drop you a line if I'm in the area.

I found that a 215/75/15 cross references with a 235/60/16 almost exactly, and a 225/55/17 is within2% of the original outer tire diameter. What sizes are on these cars? The silver 67 coupe seems about perfect.
