First, you need the key to the lock, and a medium size paper clip. Insert the key in the lock and the clip in the small hole to the right of the key. With t he key al the way to the left, you can push on the paper clip and feel a small spring loaded plunger. Push on the plunger until you can turn the key a bit farther to the left and the lock assy will pop out.

Time to call a locksmith to "pick" the lock; the key cylinder won't come out (and you can't remove the switch from the cluster without removing the key cylinder) without either the key or the talents of a locksmith.
