need to know what numbers go first on engine stamp. for example T0512IF 51178xxx
or 5117xxx T0512IF. I'm buying a 1965 396/425hp so far all #'s match but stamp looks a little funny

STAMPER 101 School. Just photo the beast and post it and then we can judge it right here.
The seller may not want that however. If it is real, he will be happy to share. But good re-stamps are very acceptable.
