Default headlight problems

I was out driving tonight when I noticed my high beams were on. I hit the switch to lower the beams and now no lights at all. Any advice would be appreciated. Mike

Have you checked to see if the bulbs (low beams) aren't burned out? Been there/done that before.

If they're OK, I'd start with the wiring plugs to the lights, check the ground connections, then move on to the dimmer switch. Chuck

Check the dimmer switch. Many times they will fail completely or flicker when you switch between high and low beams. Some of the aftermarket switches are poor quality, inadequately assembled and just foreign junk. Plus they get side loaded during operation and collect dirt and anything else that comes off the bottom of your shoe. Get a good quality switch and see if that fixes the problem. It's a cheap Easter Egg.
