Whats a reasonable price to pay for 427 heads and intake, both of which need to be reconditioned?

Somebody out there had to buy heads and/or an intake. What kinda money did you spend???

We need the casting numbers and date codes for the heads and intake to answer your question. There were at least 4 different big block heads used in '69.

You can get an intake for about $200 at Carlisle!! Pennsylvania guy I see, Should be no problem getting to Carlisle. I'm working on my L36 also!!!! I'm new here so I'll be watching your posts to save myself the trouble of asking the same questions you already did!!!!!!!
