1966 L72

I need a 3877660 thermostat housing for my 66. It needs to be an original part, in good condition and have the part number on the flange, not the neck. It also needs to be intact with the spring return tab not broken off.

Is there anyone out there that can help me? Surely there are some of these floating around. I am willing to pay a fair price, of course. With the summer coming I have to change my thermostat so I do not have the overheating issues I had last year and I would really like to put the correct thermostat housing on at the same time. Please, anyone?

it is NOT mine but if your stuck on having the numbers on the flange there is one listed on ebay (new today) $99.95...I have one with the numbers on the neck if it helps....

Thanks for the heads up. Aside from it being a bit pricey, it is a part number 3972128. Nice part, but the wrong one for my needs.

Are you still looking for one? i have a GM 3877660 water neck that is NOS GM, never been on a car, never painted atc. The neck is in perfect condition with zero pitting, wear marks etc. Never been on a car, never used or installed.
