Mass -Flo EFI MASS AIR fuel injection system & complete fuel system
Mass -Flo EFI MASS AIR fuel injection system Small or Big Block Chevy
System includes:
and the complete fuel system
Make no mistake... This is the best fuel injection system available. All the benefits of a MASS AIR fuel injection system with the vintage look of a 4bbl carburetor. It is NOT A SPEED DENSITY SYSTEM like other similar systems.

Kits include:
* 110 gallon/hr electric fuel pump- external style. These pumps are very high quality, and unlike most external pumps, are very quiet. An "in tank" style fuel pump conversion kit can be substituted at no extra cost.
* High flow pre-filter to protect the fuel pump.
* High flow 5 micron fuel filter.
* Adjustable vacuum/boost sensitive fuel pressure regulator.
* Fuel pressure gauge.
* 10 feet of #8 stainless braided hose, or socketless hose.
* 25 feet of #6 stainless braided hose, or socketless hose.
* All needed fittings to complete the installation.
* Insulated clamps to mount the hoses to the undercarriage.
* Instructions.

Fuel Supply Systems for MASS AIR fuel injection system
System includes:
- Four barrel single plane Mass-Flo Patented intake manifold.
- Our own custom 1000 CFM 4 bbl throttle body. It features all aluminum and stainless steel construction, sealed ball bearings on the throttle shafts, and progressive linkage. Comes complete with idle control motor and throttle position sensor. This is absolutely the finest 4 bbl throttle body on the market!
- Jumbo fuel rails and mounts. Rails have 9/16" diameter bores providing excellent flow and dampening characteristics.
- Our custom compact high flow patented mass air meter. The air meter is concealed within the air cleaner of your choice to maintain the vintage look! Systems are also available with our patented Pro-M mass air meters for draw through or blow through application.
- Complete production quality wiring harness. This stand alone high quality harness allows easy installation of our EFI system into any vehicle without connecting to your existing harness. For ease of installation each harness connector is individually labeled.
- Production mass air sequential electronic fuel injection computer.
- Eight high quality fuel injectors, sized to your application. The injectors are sized to allow ample room for large increases in horsepower. These fuel injectors are held to much closer tolerance than typical production injectors.
- All needed sensors. Most of the sensors are mounted right on the injection system for a simple install. No crank sensor to complicate the process!
- High performance billet aluminum distributor complete with ignition module, rotor and cap. Our entire ignition system is contained within the distributor and ECM. Just install the distributor and plug it into the harness. No spark boxes needed. However, after market capacitive discharge ignition systems, boost retard systems, nitrous control systems, rev limiters and shift lights can all easily be added.
- High performance coil featuring faster rise time and increased spark duration for increased performance. This coil comes with heat sink and mounting bracket.
- Throttle body base gasket, throttle cable bracket, assorted hardware and fittings and detailed instructions for a simple turn key installation.
All of these components are absolutely the best quality available. Unlike the competition, we will never sell you something that is "good enough" just because it costs less to produce.

I read through all of the literature for this system on your website and I have a few questions.
1. Does this system use narrow band or wide band O2 sensors?
2. All the literature seems to indicate that there is no user tuning necessary or available. Is this correct? If so how would you change the desired air/fuel ratio for a specific rpm or modify the idle speed or modify the spark advance table?
3. Is there any scanning software included or available?
Thanks,
Charles

The Mass-Flo system uses all OEM parts available at your local parts store. Its uses wide band O2 technology first used in the early 90's. It uses OEM ECU's which controls both ignition timing and Air/Fuel Ratios. Engine management consists of two things… Control over the air/fuel ratio and control over ignition timing. Optimum performance depends on proper control of both of these.
Mass Air management A mass air sensor takes all of the guess work out of engine management. There is a Mass Air Flow Meter Hidden away inside your air cleaner. This meter can actually measure the amount of air that is entering your engine, and again, if you know how much air the engine is using, then you just add the correct amount of fuel. It's that simple. The air/fuel ratio is adjusted accordingly to compensate for the load, and variances in engine temperature, air temperature, and atmospheric pressure by reading values from sensors that are included in the system. If you decide to make improvements to your engine, Mass-Flo simply adapts to those changes. Keep in mind... An engine is just a big air pump. Changing heads, camshafts, intakes, exhaust systems, displacement, etc., are just ways of making your air pump more efficient, or in other words, using more air. Since Mass-Flo measures the amount of air the engine is using, it simply adds the correct amount of fuel. so there is really no reason for you to have to go into the program and make any adjustments.
The OEM processor can be tuned if you so desire. So if you are one of those people that just cannot resist, and you must get into the tune and play with it, we offer that too. That capability also already exists at nearly any dyno shop throughout the country. Dyno shops that utilize products from SCT, Sniper, Diablo and others are more that capable of doing these for you as well. The fact is, even if you want to tune, you’re far better off starting with a quality OEM processor, with a tune that already works
If you plan to make LARGE gains in horsepower, and you need to change your injector size, just return the computer, and we will recalibrate it for you, rather than retuning, reprogramming, and more trips to the dyno.
The system uses a standard OBDII scan method for any trouble codes.
This system is really designed as a install and drive no need to fiddle. Install it drive it just as you would if you pick your new car up at the dealer.
When you order the system we do need some information.
Cam type (roller, solid, hydraulic)
Lobe seperation and duration
Horsepower (flywheel or wheels)
Cubic inches
Type of intake on car now
Type of driving (daily, weekender, racer)
Is it force Inducted
Does it have Nitrous
Thanks
Bob

Do you build custom intercooler? Not for my Corvette but for my 911
One like this. If so how much are they?

Had enough of going out to start your beauty after she has sat for a week and crank and crank and crank and then she finally fires. Well stop that here is your solution. Everything is bolt on and you have relaible fuel injection with the look of a carb.
