Default WTB: 1107233 Starter for 1962 Corvette

Looking to buy an 1107233 starter for an early 1962 corvette. The Car was built October 10, 1961. So I would need a 1107233 Starter dated August or September of 1961. Please Advise if you have one.

Matt, Have you tried to rebuild your current stock one? Most old time shops can do it. There have been some on ebay from time to time. Just search 62 Chevrolet starters, not corvette. Price goes up when you say Corvette.

The original starter was replaced at some time in the cars life, and I'm just trying to bring everything back to original.

I don't believe you're allowed to list parts on eBay unless they are from a Corvette, ZL1 Camaro, or possibily a SS Chevelle are you?

Golfer, sent you a PM as I believe my 62 was built the same day as yours.
