I doubt this part is available new, you may be able to get a used one from one of the radio restorers , or buy a non working radio and salvage one yourself. hope this helps Jeff

I believe these were discontinued around 1992.
Try all of your area radio repair shops who serviced GM Dealership radios , often they can be cleaned with WD 40 , or buy a scrapper radio ,
