Originals have a better fit and also have unique markings on the top that differentiate them from repops. They are rebuildable also. John Wolfe rebuilds them wonderfully. He has done two for me, and he is very reasonable. I think the last one was 80 bucks or so....ARA

I'll get back to you. Today I'm going to sand off the contacts and perform a couple more tests to confirm it's the sending unit.

Does the antenna retract fully? That's what I need as the top car on my 4 post lift is subject to the garage door as it opens.
