Default 67 Stinger Hood Stencil

Hey guys,
Bought a reproduction 67 BB hood and plan on stripping the paint, doing some repairs, painting it and hanging it in my son's bedroom. No, my wife does NOT know yet of my plans but I know the neighbors will hear her when she realizes it's going in his room, and it WILL go in his room. I may not eat for weeks and possibly lose my hearing but it's for my son after all....LOL....
Does anyone have a used, extra, etc Hood stencil kit for the stripe? Will need one when I get ready to paint it.

Thanks in advance...
ARA

Thanks. I painted an NOS fender Marlboro Maroon for his room as well a while back. It looks awesome. It looks so good, my wife asked me to hang it in there. A hood may be a different story with her receptiveness, but oh well....LOL....

ARA,
I wouldn't waste any money on a stencil, the stripe lay out is quite easy to do with fine line tape. The detailed measurements have been posted on here many times with good pictures for reference.

Thanks for the tip. I will look into it, but with two little kids at home time is tight so i thought a stencil would help shorten the time to do the task. If anyone has one i would love it, otherwise i may do my own. Thanks guys!

Save some time and just take the hood off of your car. After all, it is for your son... LOL

If he no longer needs it ( it’s been 6 years since he was looking), I’d be interested.

I have a stinger hood I am hoping to paint this Spring/Summer.
