Default Rochester-Syracuse-Buffalo area C3'ers

Lets get together once the weather breaks. Maybe a BBQ or a run around one of the finger lakes? I'm up for ideas.

My C3 is currently in Syracuse... good friend of mine lives there and his family's body shop has been doing some work on her for me. He's also been keeping it in his garage for the winter for me as I don't have one.. for now.

I'd definitely recommend a run to Dinosaur BBQ! I'll be bringing a few pounds of pulled pork back to Philly with me. Great stuff.

I love that area, mind if a Canucklehead joins in for the fun?

I'd be in for a run to the Dinosaur BBQ Great idea John. When are you thinking? I can't wait to hear those sidepipes of yours

How's the parking at the Dinosaur in Syracuse? The one in Rochester has zero parking out front unless your on a bike. There is a parking garage across the street. A couple cars on the top level would make for a great photo op...

The side pipes probably won't be on the car too much longer.

gdh- Come on down!!

Keep me posted. I'm on the south border of Buffalo. I've heard of the Dinosaur BBQ, but never been there. Any good hotels out there for an overnight stay?

I'm in the capital region, and I'm definitely down for some fun, if the timing is convenient. Please keep us posted.

John, Let me know when this is so I can plan accordingly. You know I have to check with the social director to make sure she hasn't planned something on that day/weekend. Rod

John you may want to post this in the NE section as well to get some additional interest I don't travel them parts of the forum often over the winter months, but might be something that can get bumped time to time

John, I wouldn't recommend the Rochester Dinosaur BBQ. I work in the area and have had several employees either had their vehicles broken into or stolen. I would recommend Hooters, they have hosted several of our vette clubs cruise nights. I'm sure that Mike would let a few of the Hooter girls lay on his hood for pictures. Rod

Hooter Rochester in May sounds like it could work at this time. I think my final may be over by then too which would be good

I'm over in Utica, I might be up for a gathering (assuming my Vette is running... ).

John,

Don't forget to include a trip to Nick Tahou's for a "garbage plate" during the weekend.

They have done a ton of changes to the site. It looks great. Are you a member? I am, but I haven't been making to many meetings lately.

I'm here in Syracuse and I am interested if you guys can make arrangements for this outing. I can help look into places in Syracuse if Rochester doesn't work out.

Can't we start at your house to help you get your car on the road.
