Look what I bought!
Hello,
I had the urge to buy another Corvette and have been looking for about 6 months. After looking at a lot of junk C3s for too much money I finally found the one I was looking for.
1972 Corvette.
Blue exterior - Perfect Paint. Absolutely perfect.
Black Interior- Needs carpet, seats, door panels.
original 350 engine, manifold, carb, automatic trans and differential. Not sure what other numbers match.
15x8 rally wheels with white sidewall tires.
power assist steering, power brakes, manual windows.
All gauges work. except---the clock.
Here are some photos that I took in my garage next to my 73 454. It has been raining so I cant get any outside shots yet.( except the one I took this morning!)
I now have the 73 and the 72 sitting in the garage.
I had to move my 86 outside until I can swap cars and keep it at my work.

Thanks for all the compliments.
The car came with 2 boxes of extra parts. Included is the original air cleaner assembly. The top is pitted and that is why it was taken off.
I have been looking around and saw this one posted for $17,000 more than two months ago. Way out of my price range. Then on Friday it pops up on the internet version of Auto Trader for $15,000. So I contacted the owner at 9:30am, and was putting a down payment at 7:30pm. I ended up buying the car for $14,500.
It needs some interior work, but it is a sweet car with 101,000 miles on the odometer.
