It already sounds like you will be successful, since you care about what the customer wants & needs. One thing I'd like to see is not charging "by the book." Just because the book says you can charge two hours of labor for the job, if things go smoothly and you get it done in one hour, only charge them for one hour of labor. Seems to me, you'd have a happy customer, who would return for service, and you should still make a profit. Maybe this doesn't happen in the real world? But it just seems to be the right thing to do.
