Agree....of course, there is NOM and NOM. One can mean any engine other than the original. For example, replacing a 427/435HP engine with a 454 truck motor is not the same as replacing with a correct casting number, date coded replacement block with most other parts retained or replaced with correct components.
Both are "NOM", but one likely decreases the value of the car less than the other.

Ummmmm, guess I should have said I live in southern Illinois, we do things a little different down here (1/2 of these people still have couches on the porch). I have heard it used both ways so it's probably good to make sure with the seller or better yet check it out yourself
