The motor is an 454 that had the peanut port heads on it and it had a 50 cent size dish in the piston the block says hi perf on it. Also we asked the machine shop what it might be and he said it was a heavy duty truck motor with the forged pistons, and crank and 4 bolt mains. I want to know if any of you have had seen these engines or heard of them. Also want to know what your opinion is. We only disassembled the top end of the engine.
