BG has had quality and customer satisfaction issues. When parts go bad, the customer has to work it through the retailer. Too many quality control issues drives up the retailer's operating costs and many times, the retailer will no longer sell the product since it ends up putting them in the red.

This was the case a long time ago with BG and Summit.
