price on a rolling chassis
there is a guy on e-bay selling a c3 rolling chassis less calipers for a buy it now of 1995.00 are they worth that much? i will have a spare one in the next week and would love to sell it but not sure what they are really worth. thanks

This is one of those length of string questions. What year? What condition? Is it bent? Ever been repaired? Off a stolen car? Lots of questions.
If I had a rusty chassis and some time I would say yes it is worth it. You could do a rebuild on the new rolling chassis and then do a body swap.

Good frames are at least 1500 some over 2000, then there's the diff...around 500.....rotors are throw aways, so are the wheel bearings. If the trailing arms are good, don't show any rust bubbles, around 200-300/pr...a arms, 125-150 for the set...rims...worth some money to the guy that's looking for the date codes...
Assuming the frame is straight, no rust bubbles, same with the trailing arms, rims are not beat up or bent, and the gear is not blown...yea, that's a good price.

not sure how long it has been on e-bay, in his ad he says he has 3 frames. i am switching mine over to another frame i have redone and was wondering what the old one would be worth. thanks.
