I've got a big cam with fairly low vacuum and have found it doesnt take a lot of vacuum to operate lights and wiper door.
I set mine up so that the controler (relay) circuit is hooked into the one way valve. The actuators are hooked directly to manifold vacuum and the vacuum tank is eliminated. This way loss of vacuum results in the actuator before the controler relay circuit. No vacuum, to the actuators and nothing moves.
