who makes the lightest aluminum wheels and how much do they weigh????

They may not be the lightest, bud Weld Drag Lites are probably the lightest (and nicest)for the money.

My Revolution wheels are less than 10lbs a piece but the centers are magnesium.

I would go with Centerline Auto Drags. They are just 2 deep drawn aluminum pieces bolted together.

Yeah really!!!
I think the steel rally 15x8" are like a metric tonne each! I'm swapping temporarily to some buzzsaws off a '95, although beginning to rethink the deal - it's getting more expensive.
Any source on comparitive wheel weights anywhere?

In general, forged aluminum and magnesium wheels are the lighest. BBS, Minilite, Weld, etc.; companys with a history in racing... Anything cast is generally going to be heavy (relatively).
Lightweight wheels are exponentially more than run-of-the-mill wheels.
