Default Pasting and rices for powder coating

Okay guys I officially got my dates for deployment overseas which means when I get back in June 06 I'll have some $$$ to invest in the Vette. Things to come.

1. Dupont Mercedes black paint job
2. rebuild front suspension

Since SanDiegoPaul just got his whole front end redone I know the expense for Van Steel A-Arms so I'm thinking dropping off everything at a local shop for blasting and powder coating. After which I'll drop off everthing for pressing in the bushings. Assign a cost you know to be fair market price so I know what I'm dealing with.

(assume labor for sand blasting prior to powder coating)

a. sway bar
b. upper and lower A-arms(4) to include shafts
c. PS pulley
d. crank pulley
e. water pump pulley
f. center rod of drag link

I wouldn't powdercoat the pulleys or have them tape off the grooves, if you powdercoat the grooves the belts will squeel and drive you mad.

For the center link, make absolutely sure not too much powdercoating gets into the tapered holes or else you'll see yourself buying a reamer (aout 100$)

I can't comment on the prices.
