dash pads

My 77 has developed age cracks and I'm wondering if the $100 dash pads are worth it. I would have to drill out the perforations for the speakers & I'm okay with that. Do they fit up nicely or do they look cheesy?

I have seen this question posed here before and everyone says that they are junk.

Well maybe I will have to try and find a repo of the original. Thats probably why there is a big price difference.

If you go the new route, check with Willcox. They have new dash pads for $299.

I bought a new dash from Al Knoch Interiors. Fit great, looks great and
was $100 less than most of the mainstream catalog offerings.

I've been using a black dash pad from Eckler's since 89'. Fits like a glove and looks like it was meant for the car. Still looks new too!
