Straight Pipes
Finally got rid of the mufflers on my 73, it was a bugger getting the right muffler out though, it was in there pretty good, but a lot of fun driving around with it loud. Can't wait to take her to work tomorrow.
But even before I put on the pipes I had some squeaking noise coming from the exhaust system, definetaly was not the motor or the suspension. Tightened everything down where the straight pipes went in today, 2 u-bolts on each pipe, anyone know where else I should look to find the squeaky culprit? Granted the loud exhaust is helping hide it but still want to find it to fix. Thx.
