Does anybody know the FAN number I need for a 1969 427 corvette?

it's a 5 blade fan, but don't know the number

If I'm reading my AIM correctly it is a 5 blade fan and the GM number is 3883366.

Unless it's an air car then you need a 7 blade fan, GM #3955182.

I think you may have this reversed if I'm reading your answer correctly. The cars equiped with air had the 7 blade fan you mentioned. Non air cars had the 5 blade fan.

My assumption was a non-air car, hence 5 blade

My car is L71, I believe it is smog car because exhaust manifolds have plugs. The number stamped on blade should be 3955182? is this right?

What we are talking about is air conditioning...and by your forum name, I assumed you have an L71, hence no a/c.

If you have a 7 blade fan, it's ok, not correct, but ok...the 7 blade will move more air.
