Black Chrome Shift Ball
I just received a black chrome shift ball from Corvette Central and what a dissappointment. It looked more like it was black anodized. I realize that some aftermarket parts are far from the original, but it seems like this would be an easy item to duplicate. Does anyone know of a supplier that sells one at least close to origional? Thanks for your help.

I ordered one and got a plain shiney black shift ****.

I also recently purchased one of these from Corvette Central, and like you, was not happy with it's appearance. I purchased one several years ago from a company called Volunteer Corvette Parts when I was at Bloomington Gold, when it was still in Bloomington IL. that was a much nicer looking shift ****. I won't purchase another one without seeing it first.
