Trans Cooler Opinion

When I purchased my 76, the prior owner had installed a non-corvette radiator which led him to installing it in a manner that looked like it had been done by a 6 year old. Long story short, I purchased an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans from Dewitt. The question is, should I install a trans cooler with it ? If so what is the best way to do it? Any and all opionions would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I should have mentioned that there was a trans cooler installed in all that mess.

Hi

I thought the trans cooler is part of the radiator when installing a original auto trans Vette radiator. ( so 4 each connections )

Do you mean its like built in to the radiator? No ugly contraption stuck to the outside of the radiator?

Yes, if you order a Auto Radiator, the cooler is built in to it. The lines connect on the passenger side above the lower radiator hose, I believe.
