started taking apart the 75
still waiting for the pistons from JE so i can start assembling the 489 big block and drop this on top
everything seems solid underneath, just coated in a thick layer of crud.
looks like i am going to have to strip it down to the last bolt.
I'll sand blast and powder coat what i will reuse. going to have to cut away a bunch of stuff also to get these in there.
ordered the back half stuff from S&W racing. soon as the body is off i'll start cutting. there are going to be a LOT of questions coming you guys way.
i know those are going to be street only , a figured a set of slicks would dry rot before i ever got to use them. i hooked up with a top fuel bike guy who uses 15x32x14 car slicks on his bike. makes 8 passes and sells them. i'll buy another set of wheels for slicks at the strip.

..... just a thought here: make damn-SURE that those slicks, originally-intended for a bike, can handle the extra weight of your C3.....
