It probably has a fur ball stuck in the tail pipe. With the "I SEE GOD" front plate, I wonder if it belongs to that chick from "Joan of Arcadia". The show was cancelled so maybe she needs the cash.

I'd take it for $4,900. That's all it's worth no matter what the paint.
That's the going price for average condition late 70's Vettes in my area.

If the paint is a quality job, it might not be too bad when accessorized properly (wheels, sidepipes, etc.) and turned into a show car. If the paint job is "homemade"....forgedaboutit...

I might be biased, though as the car matches my cat:

There used to be a girl on here with a 79 that had similiar color to it. She only had the leopard paint coming out of the gills though. Seems like enough people got on her about the paint job and she left. Maybe this is the same car.
